I'm a small merchant, my platform is an intermediary platform between clients and merchants. Paypal support can not help me except informing that I can not use payouts (that I tested sucessfully in sandbox 😞 ) and mass payment as I am a small merchant and my bank not in USA.
Client1 will pay on my platform thanks to paypal for a service that will be provider several days later by a merchant1. My paypal account receives properly client1 money. I would like to send automatically to merchant1 the money when the service is done.
=> How I can do that to avoid to send the money "manually" from my paypal account ?
