No matter what I do I refer to Mexico in Spanish. I select English but get no translation and all the prompts are in Spanish. Who comes up with this stuff? I am trying to setup an account for my website but they do not even show Canada as my nationality in the country list. Kind of insulting. I chose "Old and Bearded" instead. Results on "False False". What does that mean? I wanted to give up on Mexico and deal with PayPal.com but it keeps sending right back to Mexico. I can not even select a forum for my question. Frustrating!
