error al pagar mediante paypal en ebay

Me pasa lo mismo desde dos dias envie este msj a paypal no se donde enviarlo en EBAY.....

All my life I was paying with my paypal account,you can see my records I have spent thousands in EBAY.
Now I was buying more stuff but I can't pay because I see this aberrant message......To pay using PayPal, direct debit, or credit card, you must live in the same country as the seller. Please select a different payment method.
I don't live in US but I have a trade address there what can I do ? Why this new rule ?

Yo tengo el mismo problema y eso que e pagado hace unos instantes como 20 compras y normal. Pero con el otro vendedor no puedo ahora me a abierto caso
