i tryed to buy something on ebay on a guest user but entered the postcode wrong so i didnt get the item and i cant find anyway to get the money back and the sell is not returning my emails
i have all the notes from ebay and paypal i just cant find a way to claim it back
You can contact PayPal's customer support and explain you paid as a guest. They can assign a Transaction ID to your purchase which in turn will allow you to open a dispute.
Else, contact your credit card issuer for assistance, it's possible may be able to do a chargeback.
