psying for item

Paypal has asked seller to hold my purchase saying I don't have money to pay for. There is enough money in my paypal account Transaction ID49M68127H1305114J

This is a user to user forum not paypal customer services so putting on that transaction id is pointless.

If the transaction is showing in your paypal account as completed then you have paid for your item and the seller should send it to you.

If there is a hold on the sellers end then that is to do with THEIR account and not your problem.
