I already purchsed one item very smoothly but now when i try to buy again it gives me this message "paypal is not available at this time please try again later". My account are verified just to let you know.

Please help....

It's possible there was a system issue at the time of purchase.  PayPal does have multiple servers.

Here's a few tips before retrying:

Delete your web browser's cookies, temp files and history.  Then close the web browser, reopen it and retry.

Another option is try a different web browser or if possible, another computer.
