ebay is telling me the buyer has paid via paypal, paypal shows no payment into my acc., do I send the item or not????

Read this first

Go to your ebay sold page find the transaction and click "more actions" at the side

Click "sell similar" scroll down and double check your ppal email address is correct without any spelling mistakes on your listings

If its wrong try adding that one to your ppal and see if the money comes thru, give it time

Is your ppal acc linked to your ebay?

Your ppal address on your listings has to be the same as your ppal email address

Hi there seems to be a LOT of posts about items being sold on ebay and funds not showing at the moment so i don't think the ebay address is the problem.

It may well be an ebay / paypal glitch so i would give it 24 hours and keep an eye on ebay notifications and your paypal account to see if anything is posted or the funds show.
