payment outside of ebay, but using paypal.

Dear everyone

I have bought a Iphone 6 plus on Ebay on 2/5 2017, and the seller ask me to pay direct paypal. After that she created a invoice to me and notice that'I will accept a return if you are not happy with the item.' and I believe that she is a good seller

However, once I paid her,  She didn't reply my message anymore

Question: would I be covered for a full refund and how long do I need to wait

When you make a payment for the purchase of good you would have buyer protection were you not to receive the purchased item or this is not as described.

i have the same issue,I paid for item shipping from Hongkong,on may 2 item was paid ,May 8 I open a dispute,the seller said he cancelled the shipping because i claim dispute,how can i get back my money,can i got to the bank direclty,and what to do because some bank are not familiar with paypal problem.
