ive been using p.a.d for a while not and since august its not been working, it keeps coming up with the bank account cannot be used at this time but can still pay using my bank account.
ive contacted paypal several times bit not had a reply yet.
There's a glitch which causes this error message if you have your Ebay and PayPal accounts linked. If you phone PayPal, they'll remove the link and it should work as normal again.
I had the same problem, was'nt working, go to your ebay account if with ebay click on paypal and you will see it says your ebay account is linked with paypal, just click on it and it will unlink. I tried it with a cheap purchace and it worked back to normal. Hope this helps.
