I have just recieved a partial refund from an ebay seller, when i check my payapl account its showing up there as completed but my paypal balance is still 0, i paid with a debit card originally so i am guessing the funds will be returned to my debit card/bank account what i would like to know is how long this will take and if there is a way i can get the funds to just appear as funds in my paypal account?
