how can cancel money in withheld

Hello.

I dealed with someone on online to sell trouser,
After acceptting, I checked paypal but, it is paid for withheld.

It means that after shipping and arrival, I can use balance right?
So, I did not want to this payment. and then we agree to cancel each other.
but I dont know how to give back to buyer to money in withheld.

Who should request refund or cancel it and How?

Please if someone have a solution, any comments.

Hi sangwonlee,

You can issue a refund by following the instruction below:

1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your PayPal account.

2. Locate the payment in your 'Activity'.

3. Select the payment to open the Transactions Details.

4. Click Refund this payment.

You may be charged 20p for issuing a refund, because PayPal usually don't refund the fixed portion when receiving funds.

Once you have completed this process if your balance is enough to issue the refund. It will use the pending balance in your account to refund your buyer or otherwise it may request the funds to comeout from your bank.
