eBay scam? Bought an iPhone from a new user w/ Nigerian name on eBay

So I just bought an iPhone from a new user with no feedback.

After paying I googled his name from the PayPal email and turns out it's Nigerian.

I have dealt with about 6 or 7 Nigerians on eBay and Amazon and they have all tried to scam me - although this would be the first time it has happened from a buying perspective.

How can I get my money back ASAP?
