ok thanks i just wondered is that even if you pay with the new pay after delivery that paypal are doing now ,mind you av just tryed it to use pad and it didnt work i just wondered if paypal charge you extra for using this service.

You can only use PAD if it is offered to you.

And even then it is not for every transaction you can only use it when offered during checkout.

Personally I don't bother, I prefer to use a credit card to fund purchases for better protection.
