Hello,
I had to make a refund for something i sold on ebay, but there wasnt enough money in my account, so now paypal has requested the whole amount via an echeque from my bank account, but how can i cancel this. paypal told me to call my bank and cancel the direct debit, but my bank say there is no direct debit set up
How can I stop the money going out of my bank account?
Many Thanks

You must have a direct debit set up or you would not have a bank account added.
However if you cancelled it then it would mean adding your bank account all over again.
What is wrong with the buyer waiting a few days for their refund???

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.
Your right. When I set up my paypal account, they did a £1 transaction, taking it out of my bank and putting it straight back again. So I must have one!
I wanted to pay the buyer back straight away, but maybe I couold ask them to wait a few days.
Kind Regards.
