can i pay for items on pay pal if i have no money in my debit card account??

ive been trying to deposit money into my william hill acount via pay pal can i do this if i have no money in my debit card account ??

Hey there armydan,

If you have another funding source you can use that, but if you have no funds on your card and you want PayPal to pay in advance, this can’t be done.  

You need to have the funds available in your PayPal balance/card or bank account at the time of payment.
