If you're not seeing the payment in your History, one of two things could have likely happened. You could have completed a guest checkout (that's where you pay without logging in) or the payment didn't complete. Did you receive a payment confirmation from PayPal? If so, you likely paid. If not, it probably didn't go through. Check with the seller first before resubmitting though!
