Why won't it let me pay for my item??

Hi All,

Ive been using paypal for years - almost 6-8 i would say? I've purchased items through paypal, which hooks right up to my bank account. Small items to even $800 items - without hassle.

I purchased a set of golf clubs today online around $650. Go to pay, says invalid error #10407 (or something along those lines) and to contact Paypal Support.

Ive never had this happen before, and the funds are no issue coming from my bank account. Why did this happen, and how do I go about sending the seller his money then? I refuse to hook up my credit card on here as I pay for my items by cash and choose to do all my buying that way.

Join the club, paypal has been killing us usings in past 6 months, no INSTANT PAYMENTS all blame secucrity system yet no solution, and do not fall fo ruse credit card as PAYPAL makes extra 3% off transactions.
