I recently ordered a debit card for my paypal account, but need to pay for some things online (tuition + domain fees) well before the cards make it. I will be out of town by the time they come in and it will be too late by then. Does paypal offer a virtual card linked to my account so I can pay for these before the card comes in? If not, could PayPal supply me with someone—preferably a native french speaking certified earl learning teacher—to hang with my daughter for 8 hrs a day from Monday through Friday?
I'm sorry but there isn't currently an option for a virtual card on PayPal. You would need to wait until you receive the card that has been sent out to you.
