I use PayPal to pay several month services and it used to charge my Visa on file. Now it is charging my bank account. Is there a way to have all charges go to my Visa? This makes it much easier for tax purposes.
I'm having the exact same problem now. It was resvoled for a very short time, that they did use my MC, but now they're back with going to my bank FIRST, when I have explicitly chosen for my MasterCard to be my backup.
