Unclaimed Payment

I bought an item, and the transaction says Unclaimed Payment, and the seller is unregistered. This is their first transaction. 0 feedback. I emailed the seller, but haven't got a response yet. Should I cancel the payment, or wait?

Thank you. I cancelled the payment. I hope I don't get screwed on this one. She has never answered my email.

Sounds like the seller is new and does not have their account setup properly.  Don't waist your time.  If the "cancel" link is visible and active, suggest that you cancel the transaction.  If the "cancel" link is not visible or active, PayPal will return the funds to you after 30 days.
