I have an issue with eBay that may be linked to PayPal issues. PayPal app lists my bank account as unauthorized. Bank account has disappeared as a payment option on eBay. Other sites show my bank account from clicking on PayPal as payment option. I use the pay after delivery option all the time and can't use this option on eBay (which only lists my debit card as a PayPal option). I've contacted both eBay and PayPal directly but they just tell me nothing is wrong with either account. I had an issue with a payment being refused by my bank account but it cleared the day after when they tried again using my debit card. (Same account, funds went in overnight). Any ideas?
