Transaction pending

I have just won and paid for a item but paypay say the transaction is still pending. Will the seller know I have paid for it and also the seller has only (1) feedback could this be the problem?

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account.

1. Completed.

2. Unclaimed.

3. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

4 .Uncleared
