I recently bought a $23 item and Paypal opened an inquiry? Why did they do this? I had to change my password and Security questions for, "Unusual activity" I've recently been shopping online. Can someone please help me? Thanks

Are you sure it was a legit ppal email?

Genuine ppal emails always address  you as:

Dear Full Name

Never ask you to click on any links/downloads

Never ask for personal /sensitive info
