I want to make a purchase and have it sent to an NGO which has an address in California. When I put the address into the paypal shipping address information for the purchase I am unable to change the country name from South Korea to USA.
You may want to contact the seller for assistance, it may be the way the seller has his or her shipping profile setup. For example, we don't ship international as this is a profile setting we enabled.
