Sending money

I tried to send money with funds and card linked to my account but it keeps saying 'no funds'. I have sent money in the past.

I called up and they said they are going to remove the block from my account which will take a few minutes.

It's been over 50 minutes since I spoke to them and still I can't send funds.. Please help.

I would give it till tomorrow and phone them again.

Are the funds in your paypal account balance in the same currency as the seller accepts ie not international??
