Samsung phone and replacement

A Samsung phone I bought on 9 march 2016 stopped working recently and i'm not sure who to contact. Samsung directly or PayPal (who I bought the phone with.) Can someone please help me?

We are sorry to hear your phone recently stopped working. You would need to contact Samsung directly to inquire about their warranty and out of warranty service.
