Return to merchant and try a different payment method , Shopify Checkout

I've Just started my Online Store in Shopify

I've upgrade my Paypal account to Bussiness.

But when I tried to checkout on my store and pay as Guest using my Debit Master Card

I always Got This error.

So Im worrying what if my client pay as Guest and Use his Debitcard . Imean he can't checkout and pay his Products

Please help and Fix this Issue on my account
