I won an item on eBay and paid immediately. The seller contacted me claiming she had not received payment. We discovered she had not updated her email after change. She amended her email address, asked me to cancel payment and resubmit. I have cancelled but am finding it hard to resubmit payment. Can this be done?
There's no features within your account to resubmit the payment. Basically you need to start over. The seller must ensure that item is available for you to purchase. Suggest not using the Send Money feature.
