I bought a dress off a company, and it did not arrive.
I had to put in a resolution as I was getting now here with the company, they did not send me any emails at all.
I have been waiting ages for this resolution to go through assessment by Paypal - how long should it take and how can I get in touch with them to ask them?

Did you open a dispute for 'non receipt' of item?
If not what option did you select?
Did you escalate it to a claim within 20 days?
Is it still showing as a claim?
When did you escalate, what date?
