I have purchased an item trough eBay and payed as a guest on PayPal. Item wasn't as described so I returned it. I have received an email to confirm the refund. But as I have no account on PayPal, where is the money?
You would have paid via a debit or credit card >> so the refund would automatically go back there but it takes about a week from the time the seller refunded to process back to your bank account and a bit longer for a c.c.
