Problem with sending money

I'm trying to send money and I've put in the seller's email address. But when I click 'next' it says 'please enter a valid phone number' even though there was no where to enter a phone number. I've just told someone I'll pay them promptly and now I can't! Please help, thank you.

If you're trying to complete this payment through the PayPal app, you may want to try through the mobile or desktop site instead. You may also want to try deleting cache and cookies from the browser you're using to see if this helps.

 

If you keep running into issues, we would advise contacting Customer Support directly. You can find our contact details by clicking the 'Contact' option at the bottom of any page when logged in.
