I have been using paypal for my online transactions for awhile now, and last night everything was working fine, and now i can't seem to make a purchase even though the funds are available from my bank account. What is the problem?
Join the club, they if you call in they claim its there security system flagging it as an unusual transaction.
Its BS, I have 6 calls in and no solution, threatened to cancel paypal and got through to someone looking into issue and was told they may need to reprogram security as nothing wrong with my account, all verifies, etc and no reason my account should be flagged.
