Primary Payment Method

Hi everyone,

I recently started using Paypal and set everything up, bank account card etc and had them all verfified but my problem is that when I'm buying from ebay the payment method option is always card and does not let me change it to the bank account. I have check my account again and it says my bank account is verified and confirmed.

Please help me?

Similar problem.

I have two cards regisered - both say they are confirmed.

On the final screen at payment paypals message is two fold-

                                    the top of the screen tells me to contact paypal

                                    the rest of the screen tells me to contact the merchant ( ebay }

Ebay customer service could not be more helpful

I find paypal customer service non-existent.

They have emailed me today to inform me that my bank declined my card. No mention that I have two cards confirmed.

It's not my banks fault I'm sure, but I can now check that out.

But why refer me to either ebay or themselves to sort out a problem that according to them could only be sorted by my bank?

Why didn't they refer me to my bank ?????
