Poor service and refund refusal

Hi all , I bought some flowers via an Australian flower company Bloomex to be delivered to my daughter in Queensland .. Having chosen a bouquet and teddy I waited to hear from her .. She sent me a picture of the flowers and they were completely different and there was no teddy .. I complained to Bloomex and asked for a refund and they have refused point blank and are not prepared to do anything .. I paid via PayPal and was wondering if there is anything I can do to get my money returned .. I'm really annoyed

Might be a bit difficult as the only option is to file for item received but not as described.
However in that scenario paypal nearly always ask you to return the item before you are refunded.
Soooo you need to clearly state that the item was a perishable item that can't be returned.
Start the process via the resolution tab in your paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
