Paypal eCheck

What is paypal eCheck? Will it take money out of my paypal account or out of my bank account that is linked to my paypal.

I just want to pay for a service on a website, but it seems like the only paypal payment methods are eCheck and Credit Card (i have no access to a credit card). I want to use my paypal balance, not my bank's.

I want it to take money out of my paypal balance.

Hello Steak21,

Welcome to the Forums.

When making a purchase using PayPal the balance in your PayPal account will be used first and then you will be given the option to select your bank account to fund the rest of the transaction if your PayPal balance is not enough to cover it.

What is a PayPal echeck? A PayPal echeck is an electronic check used to pull funds from your Bank account, so if you select bank account to fund your transaction it will use an echeck to pull the funds.

I hope this makes sense.

Oh really MIsty? Play Misty for me. Do.

What you say is dead wrong. It used to be that way. Suddenly in the past month

or so, the only option given is to pay with a blimey Credit Card.

I've been with PayPal - when it worked properly - for a few years now.

Never ever had a problem processing an e-check through my bank.

Unless you want to count the usurious money grab with the 8-10 working

day delays in getting funds to its "Valued Partners". I'm not one of them.

Obviously.

It takes about a day for PP to ransack my bank acount and ten days to

get it to the Company's account.

Welcome to the World Wide Web...don't fly with PayPal...you can get

to China flying there faster than PP can do its money transactions.

Avantage is a "Valued Partner" with PayPal. Not any more it isn't.

If I owned a single credit card, my dear, I wouldn't need PayPal now,

would I? I'd pick the phone and order whatever via telephone...with

my the trusty credit card I don't own.

So don't go saying that e-Check is working just fine. It is clearly not.
