Paypal Balance

Hello,

im from croatia and im trying to buy an item on ebay thats listen in china and in USD, i have enough USD on my paypal balance, but when i try to pay with it, it always charges my credit card, which does not have enough funds.

why am i not able to pay with my paypal balance?

my account is premier and verified, help please.

Happy to answer that for you

I'm afraid in Croatia you are unable to use your PayPal balance to make payments.

Your purchases will always be funded by the card attached to your account.

Instead on the first day of every month, your available balance is usually automatically transferred to the Visa credit card or U.S. bank account selected for withdrawals.

Mihok, you can set up automatic withdrawals from your account by clicking 'profile' near the top of the page and  then 'Manage automatic transfer' under 'Selling Preferences.'
