Hi all I have been using PayPal for years and all of a sudden three transactions are pending with no explanation? Have received an email from the shop asking where their money is, it usually just comes straight out of the bank, never had a problem before what do I do? Thanks in advance for any help.
It sounds that you have placed an order with Holland & Barrett and that they need to accept the order before we will complete the payment to them. It seems that they might not be aware of this. I would advise to ask Holland & Barrett to contact us so that we can sort this out with them.
