Hi. As I couldn't remember my paypal password I made a payment for an item on ebay as a guest. Unfortunately the item was lost in the post and the seller refunded the money. It states on e-bay that the money has been refunded - but where to? I'm now able to log into my paypal account but obviously the money is not refunded there because I paid as a guest. Could anyone please help or advise how to trace this refund? (Also, as the seller has filed for a cancellation I cannot trace the original payment reference either!)
