I need to stop an automatic payment that continues to happen. I had a membership at a site that helps search for people, which charged a monthly fee through Paypal. After awhile I canceled my membership, thinking payments would cease. I found out that despite not having a membership or account, I was still getting charged monthly fees. I went through the resolution center asking for a cancelation of the withdrawals, and possibly my money back. I got my money back, assuming that withdrawals would cease only to turn around and find I'm getting charged again. Is there any way of banning payment to a certain party in a more direct way, rather than going through the long process of the resolution center again?
