PayPal error "Return to merchant and try a different payment method"

Hello everyone new PayPaler here! As the title says im getting this strange error which follows.

"Return to merchant and try a different payment method

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

Im trying to make a purches through "Gate2Shop"
Im trying to buy, by transfering money from my bank account to my PayPal account using TopUp ( without credit card) and it has worked before. Im pretty sure I have enough currency to complete the purchase.

It seems like the problem only coprs on the peticular website. Not sure why tho, I'm trying to contact them at the moment
