PayPal Refund query

Basically I bought something about a month ago off eBay.  Despite emailing the seller frequently (and only replying once), I never received the item.  I raised dispute with PayPal, and won basically as the seller never replied.  

Now this may seem like a really daft question, but can the seller try to take the funds again?

Sorry if I sound silly, but this is first time I've had to raise a dispute.
