Is there ANYTHING that can be done? I have a ton of proof that someone on Ebay didnt refund me when she got the item back but because SHE stalled past the 45 days -and I was dumb enough to beleive she would refund me as she seemed great before, during and after I received my item- I cannot get a refund. She is being horrible to me and I would really like either my money or item back. Is there ANYTHING that can be done?! Thank you!
IF i have a return I always request a COD and return that way to seller, as once ther receive i get cash or its sent back to me and still have a open dispute as not described on paypal and item in hand still as hostage.
