Ahhhhhh!!!!!!! Is it just me or is anyone else TOTALLY frustrated by the PAD. i signed up yesterday, confirmed my account, and set it as my prefered payment. So why is it i cant seem to use it on ebay (or anywhere else for that matter). Come on paypal its nearly christmas and having the option to have a couple of weeks to get the money together for our kids prezzies is like a god send. Plus how many times have those of us on a megre income seen somthing that we want to bid on before payday but cant, was hoping that this would solve this, but alas no. I am now wondering if i really want this new paypal app now, is it going to give me as much of a head ache????
