PAD: PAY AFTER DELIVERY

Any reason as to why this isnt working? I know it doesnt work on everything you purchase but i must admit this option hasnt worked for at least the past 6 weeks on anything ive purchased.

And i havent changed any of my bank details they are still the same.

Yes because if paypal are taking the risk to credit the seller 14 days before they get their money back then they only take the risk if they are sure that your bank account payment will transfer ok and not leave paypal in debt.

If that is the case then will PAD correct itself? Or stay like that for future payments?

You would need to contact customer services and see if that was the reason and ask if they will reinstate PAD for you.
