I play counter strike and I was looking in wallgreens for a paypal cad but this is all they had. (I prefer to not use my own card)So I bought it and loaded 20 dollars on it. I continued to try and purchave items from opskins.com but it gave me a card declined error. I sent the 20 dollars to a buddies account but it took money out because I sent it the wrong way so he tried to refund me. Paypal says the refund was complete but the card does not. Will I be OK or did I lose 20 bucks. Thanks
