Need Guidance in EBay Item Purchasing

Hi,

I am trying to purchase an item from ebay, i have selected the item and selected to "Proceed to CheckOut" and then selected Mode of  Payment as "PayPal" and "Continure" it is redirected me to PayPal user name and password.

I have provided my Indian Login "username:email address" and "password" and then login.

Below is the error prompt i am continoulsy getting,

 "Login", it is continously giving error prompt here...

Return to merchant and try a different payment method

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

Can Some one help me in this.

It's possible there's a system issue.  You may want to wait a bit and try again.  Should nothing change, you should contact customer support for assistance.
