My money with vision pros

hi,

i ordered at vision pros last week.i even recieved their email saying its fully paid with the reciept.But i havent recieved any email regarding the shipping of the product.so i tried contacting them and definately no response.So when i came ot paypal i say order paid aswel. so how can i actually cancel this transaction and get a refund on my card trhough paypal.

I need an answer asap please help:)

I was able to find telephone information for your merchant on their website here.  You might consider giving them a call.  I noticed there's also a link there for tracking your order, so that might be helpful as well.

If you still aren't able to reach them after contacting them via phone, you might consider filing a dispute.  To learn more about disputes and your protections as buyer, check out this site.
