I have downloaded the PayPal IPhone App and finding it extremely frustrating to login.

 

When prompted I enter my e-mail address and then my password, I get a message asking me "TO LOG IN, PLEASE ADD THE NUMBER ON YOU SECURITY KEY AT THE END OF YOUR PASSWORD" - so I apply for a security, add it to the end of my password and get a message saying "LOG IN FAILED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN." I cannot log in using this method.

 

I enter my phone number when prompted and enter the PIN I have just been sent, I get a message saying "LOGIN FAILED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN."

 

No metter what method I try, I cannot login in on my mobile - WHY?

Hi adamd5281,

 

If you create a PIN for your mobile you will not need to use the security key when logging in. 

 

Here's how to create your PayPal Mobile PIN:

 

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click My personal info.
Click Change beside "Password and PIN."
Click the radial button next to PIN and click Edit.
Create or change your PIN and click Save.
Your mobile PIN will be associated with each of your payment-activated phones.
