Don’t buy anything from Microsoft. I bought Ark: survival evolved (game preview) Which is a full licence and now I can’t play it. It says trial expired. They said I have never bought it. I don’t have the licence? I opened a dispute with paypal they said they don’t cover it. I have proof from my PayPal transaction and email from my purchase from Microsoft I’ll be calling trading standards on Monday
