Hello there folks,
a bit of advice, please? I bought some photographic software that I came across on Instagram a few months back. Downloaded the demo, used it for a bit, then thought I'd buy it when the demo ran out. Paid for it through Paypal here with the transaction going through only to not received a key to activate the software. It has now been a number of days now (3 as of this post) with them not replying to other than an auto mail with a ticket number and it telling me they normally reply within 8 hours?
I did a bit a looking into the company after having this issue and came across a few people having issues of no contact. Any suggestions folks? I just spent £70 on a bit of software that I have nothing to show for and other people saying their support doesn't reply.
N.B. I have nothing in the spam folder either.
